Drive Goalkeeping is excited to hold a Training Clinic at Loch Raven High School in Baltimore this July for 1 day of intense training!
We will train Saturday from 9am-12pm on ALL 4 components of goalkeeping:
TECHNICAL
Shot-Stopping (ball handling, footwork, angles and positioning catching, diving, breakaways, crosses) Distribution (throwing, punting and goal-kicks)
TACTICAL: Communication, Organizing the defense, commanding the box, Principles of defense, Leadership, confidence and Concentration
PHYSICAL: Strength and Conditioning and Injury prevention
MENTAL: Including confidence building, positive self talk/ imagery.
